Itinerary
Our itineraries are all custom and can change on the day due to weather conditions both good or bad, and how you are feeling. There is a certain amount of flexibility built in to ensure the best and most optimal use of time and conditions.
We’ll collect you from Queenstown then head into the spectacular Lindis Pass and McKenzie Country. Enjoy some delicious fresh high country salmon for lunch and cycle a beautiful lakeside section of the A2O. Settle into your luxury lodgings for the night and enjoy a delicious in-house dinner.
Depending on the weather, experience a spectacular helicopter flight up into the Southern Alps. Sunrise and sunset flights, private picnic in the Alps, High Altitude Whisky Hut, just to name a few of the custom flights available.
Cycle a very scenic section of the Trail along the Lake Pukaki Canals and Lake Ohau. Return to your luxury lodgings after a full day of exploring this incredible part of NZ for a gourmet platter and well earned refreshment.
Cycle the most scenic section of the A2O from Omarama and around the shores of Lake Benmore. Enjoy an afternoon wine tasting with a gourmet platter, then a unique glamping experience with amazing views out across the Waitaki Valley.
Continue on towards Oamaru through spectacular rock formations and an old railway tunnel and track. Enjoy a look around the steam punk capital of NZ. Oamaru is the largest town in the Waitaki District; most famous for its penguin colony and limestone architecture of the Victorian precinct. After a celebratory late lunch, we’ll get you back to your destination after an amazing four days exploring.
